As specified by several sources the global market for digital signage business is about US$3.9 billion. This includes about $900 million for media players. As indicated by Intel, these media players are of two types; either PC-based (x86 processors) or RISC-based (SoC/ARM based).

Can anyone provide any inputs as to what is the market split between x86 and ARM?

Illustrative example: 75% x86 based; 22% ARM based; 3% Other.

Thanks
