Know More About DVI Switch
Written by luecjennifer
A DVI Switch is a device that is used to connect several DVI video sources simultaneously and to do a switching between them onto a single DVI video display, thereby eliminating the requirement for multiple monitors that would have consumed valuable space. The device has been made available in models of 2 port and 4 port along with a DVI video/audio version that’s optional. In addition to this, the DVI Switch is also available in matrix format which is known as DVI Video Matrix Switch, which enables the user to make switching between multiple inputs and outputs. Simple push button or infrared remote control is used in controlling DVI Switch and as far as the compatibility is concerned, it is compatible with almost all the DVI interface from devices like Television’s, DVD’s, PC’s and so forth; and is HDCP compliant.
