Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Advertise Me Pty Ltd, and "you" means you the customer.

These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

Forum Rules

Email Notifications and Private Messaging

You accept to receive emails from us regarding system notifications (including newsletters). You also agree not to use the private messaging system for spamming purposes.

Australian Sales Only

We only sell and ship Products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia unless specified otherwise.

Placing Your Order

You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form on www.digitalsignageportal.com and clicking the "Submit My Order" button.

When you place your Order, an email with the Order Number will be issued.

By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.

We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email, however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered.

If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email.

Cancelling your order

Product Information

The website www.digitalsignageportal.com  is owned and operated by Advertise Me. All products listed on www.digitalsignageportal.com are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us by the manufacturers. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We also have the right to change prices for Products displayed at www.digitalsignageportal.com at any time.

Payment Methods And Processing

Advertise Me Pty Ltd currently accepts PayPal and BPAY payment methods only.

Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.

Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.

We process PayPal payments after you click the "Submit My Order" button.

Where you pay by BPAY you must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation.

If a BPAY payment is not received within 10 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

For credit card and PayPal payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Where you pay by BPAY a tax invoice will be sent to you via email after your payment has been confirmed. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.

Please Note:

•               We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.

•               You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.

•               If your PayPal payment is funded by an echeque this may substantially delay processing your Order while payment clears.

Please note that we do not store your credit card number on our servers.

If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.

GST

All purchases include GST.

Shipping Information

The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered, and is included in the invoice total. Orders are generally processed and posted in two to three working weeks. Where the item requires installation or pre-postage maintenance by Advertise Me technicians, orders may take longer.

Please note that we will not ship any order outside of Australia.

Shipping Errors

Advertise Me uses Australia Post Office to deliver your products. In the event of delivery errors, Advertise Me will use all its efforts to ensure you receive your goods.

Warranties

Where applicable, the warranty offered for the products sold by Advertise Me are the manufacturer's warranty. This is generally 12 months unless stated otherwise.

Some Products sold through www.digitalsignageportal.com are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturer.

For items advertised and sold with manufacturer’s warranty, we would ask you to contact the manufacturer or supplier in the first instance for replacement or repair under the warranty terms.
 

Limitation Of Liabilities

Under no circumstances will Advertise Me be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from Advertise Me beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information. Advertise Me reserves the right to change any specification, design, model and or other information without notice.

Copyright

Advertise Me respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask you and all of our users to do the same. Advertise Me may remove content from the Website that violates these policies and/or disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may violate our policies. If you believe that your User Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please contact us via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Alternatively, the digital signage portal system allows users to report video content which violates copyright infringments. We encourage all of our users to use this system.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will not upload any material (videos, images etc) that violates any copyright laws.


Returning Non-defective Equipment

Please carefully check the specification and compatibility of the products with your requirements prior to purchasing as Advertise Me does not accept refunds or exchanges of non-defective equipment.

Communication from Advertise Me

As a condition of the registration, reserve the right to email you product alerts and special offers, newsletters that we believe may be of interest to you. We respect your right not to receive these communications and if you advise us that you do not wish to receive these special offer and alert emails we will disable that functionality for your account. Each and every one of these communications will contain a clear link to Unsubscribe. We assure you that once you have unsubscribed we will immediately remove your name from the communication list and will no longer send you these special offers and alerts, unless you choose to re-subscribe at a later date.
