Has anyone come across digital signage players with Blue Ray technology?
Are storage size and HD quality the only advantages of using Blue Ray technology?

We do some Blue Ray work. Im not sure what it is going into exactly but we do create some from time to time.
Yes those are they only 2 advantages. Here is the thing about Blue Ray and other HIgh Def content... It will only be as good as your screen is, so unless you have a top of the line screen dont get a top of the line content or player. Just because your have a great player and great content does not mean that your screen will upgrade itself, this also works vice versa. I know it sounds dumb and everyone is prolly thinking "well duh" but there are a lot of people that do not understand this.
With that said Blue Ray with the proper setup looks AMAZING!!
