We received a recent "help call" from a user who purchased an NDSP-500.
The problem was that the NDSP-500 player would hang on the boot up screen and would not load any of the content when the layout and sequence files were transferred via the CF card.
Solution:
The solution was simple. Simply ensure the CF card is formatted as FAT32. This fixed the problem and the user was extremely happy with our support services.
