Digital Signage Portal

I work at a small community college that has several satellite campuses as well as the main, and they want to add a digital signage system. Not too hard for just announcement graphics, but they also want one of the zones to display CNN and Fox news, switched every 15 minutes in addition to campus announcements, time/temp, etc. displayed in other zones. We would like to feed everything from the main campus, but the switched video feed is what's throwing a monkey wrench into the whole project. We have a budget of $50K to put 12 - 15 DS monitors on the main and satellite campuses, and the only system I've found that can probably do what we want for that pricetag is the iCompel system by BlackBox (with some feature keys, DVI over IP streaming extenders, etc.) Anyone know of another system in that general price range that would handle the video content as well as the announcements for around the same money?
